i had a fantastic experience at vinpearl. the room and facilities were top-notch, staff were friendly and helpful, and room service was quick and delicious. the free airport transport was convenient, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options. the beach was pristine, and the pool was massive and well-maintained. overall, a luxurious stay at a great price.

The location of the hotel was great, making it easy to explore the nearby village and other parts of the island. We enjoyed lunch at the restaurant with its delicious food and the convenience of being able to visit the safari and Vinpearlland easily. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with huge bathrooms that were a bonus. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacked a clear eco policy and recycling facilities, resulting in large amounts of plastic waste.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a wonderful spa and wellness centre, well-equipped library and a luxurious outdoor swimming pool. The staff is exceptionally courteous and goes out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable. The restaurant and lounge area offer high-quality dining and drinks with a great variety to choose from. The private facilities are exceptional, and the garden area is well-kept. The beachfront is easily accessible, and the massage services are top-notch.

There was minor construction work going on during our stay which was a bit of a distraction, but the noise was minimal and did not disrupt our overall experience.

What an amazing weekend we had! the food was delicious and the pool was stunning, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers both by the pool and on the beach. the location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and activities. the complimentary shuttle bus service was a very nice touch, as was the complementary cocktail upon arrival.

the excessive use of plastic made the resort feel less eco-friendly. despite these concerns, it was a lovely weekend and a highly recommended getaway spot.
