Great location and friendly staff

I had a pleasant stay in this hostel due to its excellent location close to all main sights and the very friendly staff who were always willing to help. One thing that could be improved is the clarity on what is included in the breakfast offerings.

the hostel has very comfortable beds with curtains, light, and sockets, clean towels, and spacious rooms. the friendly staff, especially May at reception, gave great advice. the location in District 1 is perfect for exploring on foot. the rooftop breakfast with a beautiful city view was a highlight.

OMG! the staff were unbelievable, so friendly and helpful! the location was lit, near markets and cafes. the free breakfast on fleek, with a rooftop view to die for. the rooms were chill with AC and big lockers. the cleanliness was on point, plus fresh air all the time. the vibe was super COOL, felt safe and at home. Will defo come back!

The kids absolutely loved the interactive exhibits and the engaging activities. It was a great way for us to bond as a family and create lasting memories together.

My wife says that clearer signage for family-friendly areas would be helpful.

Lack of a designated common room or bar made it challenging to socialize with other guests. Some cleanliness issues and discomfort due to the presence of male guests staring made me feel uneasy as a solo female traveler.
