My partner and I chose this hotel for our romantic getaway and we were pleasantly surprised! the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we loved the free upgrade to a stunning room with a beautiful view. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food and we also enjoyed the complementary pick-up and drop-off at the airport. the location was perfect, with many restaurants and attractions within a short walk.

the room was not as clean as we had expected- we found stains on the bedspread and dust in some corners. We also wished the pool area would have been larger and quieter.

Some members of the staff seemed grumpy and the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar.

We had a wonderful stay at White Sand Boutique. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our time there. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. the location was perfect for us, as we could easily walk to My Khe Beach and other attractions like Dragon Bridge and love lock bridge. the hotel also had a spa in the basement, which was a nice bonus. the breakfast had a good selection of food, although a few more serving tongs and tea varieties would have been appreciated. it was a great experience, especially considering the price and star rating.
