The hotel's location is perfect, as it is right near the lake and close to the city center. It is situated on a quiet side street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with high ceilings and large windows that provide a great view of the small street outside. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, willing to go the extra mile to assist guests. the shower in the room has excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Facilities could use a little updating, especially the bathrooms.

This hotel is a great find with excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable with really cozy beds and nice decor. I especially loved the rooms with a balcony, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. The location in the city center is superb, with many attractions within walking distance, including the beautiful lake. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the best part? Breakfast is included, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

Our room at the Family Holiday Hotel was large and airy, with high ceilings and large windows looking onto a small street in the heart of Hanoi. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff was very helpful and even offered to mail our forgotten souvenirs to us in the US. I had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

Spent Xmas at a hotel near the lake. Great breakfast provided and a nice balcony to watch the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff was extremely helpful with all my needs, always had a smile on their face and the room was always maintained.

The hotel room had a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom, but it wasn't anything too unbearable. Some noise pollution from the busy street outside too, but that's typical for the location.

Perfect location, helpful staff, stunning room, good A/C, fast WiFi.
