I had an amazing stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always on hand to assist with anything I needed. The location is perfect, close to all the tourist hotspots and with great facilities like room service and a car hire service. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed like air conditioning and a TV. The pool and spa were also really relaxing, and the garden area was a lovely place to relax in the sun.

The first was that the breakfast lacked variety, and we wished there were more options to choose from. the second issue was that the cleaning service could have been better, as the room was not cleaned to our satisfaction.

Great location, just few minutes walking to the beach, easy to reach the port and city center. Very big parking space. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Upgraded to higher room tier with balcony and nicer view. Laundry service available upon request. Breakfast is fine and varied.
