I recently stayed at a hotel in Ninh Binh and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great amenities like air conditioning and free wifi. The location was convenient, close to a bus station and within walking distance of attractions. But the highlight of my stay was the helpfulness of the staff. One particular staff member, Mr. Xuan, went above and beyond to make my trip unforgettable. He not only provided excellent service but also acted as a tour guide, taking me to incredible places off the beaten path. Thanks to Mr. Xuan, I was able to explore Tam Coc and Mua cave at the perfect times to catch breathtaking views. Additionally, his knowledge of the area and willingness to assist with any problems or questions made me feel like a valued guest. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a memorable experience in Ninh Binh.
