During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy and comfortable rooms at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met.

There was ongoing construction work next to the hotel, which caused some noise disturbances during our stay. It was a bit disappointing to have to deal with the noise, especially during the holiday season.

Clean lobby and restaurant, helpful and professional staff, well-furnished spacious rooms, quick check-in, excellent location near the lake and Old Town attractions.

During my stay at Zephyr Suites Boutique, I was pleasantly surprised by the great location and the comfortable rooms. The hotel is conveniently situated near the Old City and just across from Hoan Kiem Lake, allowing for easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay in Hanoi was enjoyable. They helped me plan a cruise in Ha Long Bay, which turned out to be a memorable experience. The breakfasts served at the hotel were excellent, offering a wide selection of choices. Although the showers in the rooms were a bit outdated, they worked perfectly fine. I had a positive experience at Zephyr Suites Boutique and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is in a great location, away from the tourist congested areas but still conveniently located in the Business Centre. The restaurant offers a good dinner menu, perfect for those who don't want to venture too far. The helpful staff can assist in arranging trips to Halong bay, a must-visit destination. The rooms are comfortable with excellent amenities such as a superb shower in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Guests can enjoy the view of the street and the lake from the large windows in the room.

The TV channels had limited options with poor reception.

The lobby and cafe were nice places to hangout. the free wifi and public computer terminals were a plus. the location is great, as it is close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and provided good service throughout the stay.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and it was hard to get a good night's rest. the room felt cramped and lacked proper ventilation which made the stay quite unpleasant.

Fantastic location right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. Clean and comfortable room. The day staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient stay in Hanoi.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right next to a beautiful lake. It was so peaceful and serene, and we loved being able to stroll around the lake and take in the stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially a very attentive waiter named Sing. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and even grocery shopping services available. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace to enjoy the scenery.
