The comfy bed and included breakfast made up for the elevator issues and dodgy TV. Staff were friendly but need more training - found a misplaced item thrown out later. Hotel lacks ocean views and suffers from high noise levels at night. Convenient location for walking to town center. Great smart TV access and responsive staff for early check-in.

This hotel is a stylish and modern place with fantastic facilities. the staff here are top-notch, always ready to help and make your stay the best it can be. the room service is excellent, and the housekeeping team keeps things spotless. the outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax, and the live entertainment adds a fun vibe to the atmosphere. the garden area is lovely for a morning coffee, and the bar area is perfect for enjoying a drink after a long day of exploring Apia. the location is ideal, within walking distance to all the must-visit spots in town.

A couple of small improvements could be made here. Perhaps more attention can be paid to making the smoking area more customer-friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of town, allowing us easy access to explore Apia. Our room was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The staff were kind and friendly, and the gym facilities were satisfactory. We also enjoyed the option of watching Netflix on the smart TV. The lunch and dinner menus offered a satisfying selection of dishes.

The breakfast choices were limited, and it would have been great to have some variety, including fruit options.
