Sheraton provided an awesome pool experience with a nice and cold big pool. the fiafia night and buffet dinner were delicious. the buffet breakfast had good options, although more Samoan flavors like koko or koko alaisa would be appreciated. Most staff were friendly and helpful, and the spacious room accommodated 3 adults and 1 toddler.

No in-house movie viewing. Limited towels, mugs, and teaspoons.

The location of this beach resort is perfect, as it is situated right next to the ocean and is conveniently close to the airport and ferry terminal. It offers a great opportunity to explore other parts of the island, including excellent snorkeling spots in the area. The rooms are comfortable, the service is friendly and hospitable, and the breakfast is tasty. With a stunning view and various facilities, this resort provides a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

The resort is a bit far from the town center, which may be inconvenient for those looking for a lively night out.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel surpassed my expectations. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and never too crowded, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas always at the ready. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight of the stay, with a serene spa lounge and steam room to relax in before indulging in top, notch beauty treatments like a body scrub or full, body massage.

While the location was stunning, one minor issue was the lack of entertainment options on the premises. Aside from the leisure/TV room, there weren't many options to spend some downtime on the beachfront.

Comfy beds, stunning beach and pool area. Friendly staff, great customer service. Delicious Samoan food, don't miss the umu on Fridays. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton. The resort was beautiful and spacious, with plenty of options to find your own quiet spot in paradise. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep me cool in the tropical heat. The resort also had a great choice of restaurants and bars, and the food was delicious. I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Sheraton.

Great food options at the resort and fantastic pool for all ages. the location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lovely balconies to relax on.

Although the staff were friendly, service was slow at times and we had some issues with double charges on our bill. the transfer from the airport was a bit of a hassle and we had to negotiate prices.
