The staff went above and beyond for us, upgraded room, no kids under 12, great facilities, excellent customer service, private beach and pool.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right over the lagoon on the south coast, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the bar and lounge area, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service and laundry facilities, which were very convenient. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this resort! The setting was absolutely beautiful, with pristine grounds and separate villas that made us feel like we were in our own slice of paradise. We especially loved waking up to the pink skies at sunrise from our beachfront villa, with the sound of the ocean lapping at our balcony. The staff were incredibly attentive and made our stay special, catering to our every need. They even provided us with a portable internet router for the price of a normal voucher, which was a great bonus.

The only downside was the lack of communication prior to our arrival. We had some trouble getting a response to our emails and the phone number provided was disconnected.

I had an amazing time at Sinalei! The beachfront room upgrade was a highlight, waking up to the sound of the ocean was truly breathtaking. The service, food, and facilities were all fantastic. I highly recommend taking a snorkel off the front of the resort to see colorful fish and even a turtle. The pool area was also very relaxing. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the in-house phone not working and the higher prices of food and drinks, I would still highly recommend this resort. I had a wonderful stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa.

We had a wonderful time during our recent city trip at the hotel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food at reasonable prices. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been better. The room was a bit small, and the bed was not very comfortable. Additionally, the noise level from outside the hotel was quite loud at times, which made it difficult to sleep. Finally, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, which was frustrating as we needed to use it for work purposes. while we enjoyed our stay, there were some aspects that could be improved upon.
