Great location, with markets, shops, buses, and cafes within walking distance. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and have balconies and air conditioning. Friendly staff, always dressed to perfection. The hotel grows its own vegetables, which you can take a walk through in the garden.

Unable to adjust air conditioning unit temperatures, which ranged from very chilly to cooler than outside. Annoying deep base "music" coming from a nearby nightclub until late at night.

Traveling for leisure, we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Tanoa. Staff were welcoming; rooms spacious and clean with a large bed, cool air con. We had a corner room with a balcony overlooking lovely gardens. Great breakfast with an egg station. Close proximity to town and local markets; nice restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel! The location in the center of the city made it so convenient for us to explore the shops and attractions. The staff here were absolutely amazing and provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. Our room was clean and spacious, and the daily housekeeping made sure everything was in order. We also enjoyed the free buffet breakfast, which had a good variety of food options. The hotel amenities, such as the swimming pool and sun terrace, were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. we were very impressed with the quality of service and comfort provided at this hotel.

Although there were a few minor issues during our stay, we still highly recommend this hotel to families. The staff here need to improve their service skills, as we encountered one rude and abrupt female staff member.

The omelette option at breakfast was delicious and made to order, giving me a great start to my day. The staff at the bar and room service were accommodating and went out of their way to meet my needs. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of space in the rooms and easy access to nearby attractions. The free parking was also a bonus.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to public transportation and local markets. We especially enjoyed the cultural accents in the room that showcased the unique island heritage of Samoa. the breakfast each morning was a hot and hearty start to our day, and the staff always greeted us with warm smiles and friendly service.

We had to ask for basic items such as facecloths and water bottles that should have been included in our room. However, the standout was Lauli in the food and beverage department, who went above and beyond to make our stay special.
