The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and make our stay enjoyable. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options including freshly cooked eggs and bacon. The free shuttle to the Falls and town was a great convenience. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained.

Transportation options were limited and getting to other attractions was expensive. The staff could be slow in attending to our needs, and there were some issues with room service and communication.

The variety of meal options at the hotel, combined with the high standard of food, made each dining experience a delight.

I also enjoyed the various trips arranged by the hotel, such as a day trip to Chobe National Park and an early bird river trip. it was a luxurious and memorable stay.

The suite had a nice view, and the Lady Livingstone boat cruise was excellent, allowing us to see amazing wildlife. The shuttle bus to Victoria Falls was convenient and punctual. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge for our honeymoon. The room had a breathtaking river view and was ready early so we could enjoy it all day. The staff, especially the head chef, went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan diet. The pool and gym overlooking the river were great amenities. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the unlimited drinks and canapes during the sunset cruise. The buffet-style breakfast with a view of the Zambezi river was unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again.
