We couldn't get enough of the incredible nature surrounding us during our stay. From the baboons at our picnic table to the hippos, elephants, and buffalo herd, it was like living in our own version of "Planet Earth." The staff were attentive and the breakfast options kept us fueled for our days at the falls. Our room, although not luxurious, had good water pressure and hot water in the shower, and the mosquito nets provided a peaceful sleep.

Some cleanliness issues with the pool and linens.

Loved being surrounded by nature, with a variety of wildlife visible from the lodge. The staff were friendly and attentive. They made sure that our breakfasts were delicious and filling.

The accommodations were outdated and in need of some renovations and upgrades. The pool was not well-maintained and had a green tinge to it.

I had a fantastic time staying at Maramba River Lodge for a long weekend. The friendly staff and clean rooms made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The natural pool blending with the wild environment and riverfront created a peaceful atmosphere. The highlight was seeing over 30 elephants at the waterfront while having breakfast, a truly unique experience. Maramba River Lodge is the ultimate relaxation retreat, offering great value for money.

I totally recommend this hotel.

Recently stayed at Maramba River Lodge for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The lodge's location by the river provided a peaceful and beautiful setting. The shared ablutions were impeccably clean and I loved the unique outdoor shower. The staff, especially Bonaneventure the barman, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The cozy lounge and restaurant overlooking the river offered great views and good wifi. a great stay and I would love to return.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
