During my Xmas break in Zambia, I had a fantastic experience at a backpackers' lodge. the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, and the evening bonfire with complimentary drinks was the perfect end. the location of the lodge was amazing as it was close to all the main attractions and provided stunning views of the mountains. the lodge offered free transportation to the nearby airport, which saved me a lot of hassle.

The shared bathrooms were sometimes dirty and didn't leave me entirely comfortable, but that's a minor issue compared to the overall experience. the staff was fantastic and accommodating.

This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a smart residential area. I had a wonderful stay at a peaceful and relaxing place in Lusaka. The rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere was calm. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. One specific incident that impressed me was when I accidentally stained the bed sheets with a small amount of blood. The receptionist was understanding and promptly provided me with soap to clean it myself. Although a little embarrassing, I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help. I highly recommend this hotel for its tranquil ambiance and attentive staff.
