Great Stay Experience with Friendly Staff and Delicious Food

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Sydney who always greeted us with a smile. the variety and quality of the dinner buffet, including the margarita pizza, were outstanding. the breakfast offerings were underwhelming compared to the price paid and could be improved.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! the staff was incredibly attentive, and their IT support was available 24/7. the rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. the location couldn't be better, with numerous shops, restaurants, and cinemas within walking distance.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the hotel's currency exchange system caused us some issues, meaning that we were charged in dollars for a kwacha account, which led to additional bank fees that we weren't expecting.
