I had a truly exceptional experience at the Royal Livingstone Hotel by Anantara. The location, right by the river, was absolutely stunning. I loved being able to see the giraffes and other animals roaming around the hotel grounds. The room I stayed in was beautiful and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and luxurious stay.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The beautiful outdoor setting, romantic dinner under the trees, and stunning room with a deck were all unforgettable. The guides, Kenneth and Eddie, were friendly and knowledgeable. The location was perfect, with the river and Falls nearby, and we got to see animals like zebra and giraffe. The colonial feel of the building added to the charm.

Everything is what I need and want.

Stayed at a hotel by the Zambezi river, which offered stunning views all day. The hotel staff was extremely attentive and made our romantic escape special. We enjoyed high tea and had an amazing hand massage upon arrival. The direct walk to the falls was a great advantage, and the meals were exceptional.

The activity center left much to be desired, and we had issues with scheduling and services. The staff appeared naive at times and lacked knowledge about their offerings.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, situated on the banks of the Zambezi river just about the Victoria Falls. It offers a unique experience being so close to the Falls, and you can even visit Livingstone island on the edge of the Falls. Within just 15 minutes, you can easily reach the Falls and witness its breathtaking beauty. The rooms are beautiful and the service provided by the staff is exceptional. Additionally, the breakfast served is delicious and the view from the hotel is simply mesmerizing.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of parking spaces for guests with vehicles.

This hotel is truly luxurious! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and special. The Spa is a must visit, with a wide range of treatments on offer, including massages and body scrubs. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool, taking in the stunning views of the garden area. The restaurant offered a wide range of dishes, with a buffet breakfast and outdoor dining area as highlights. The private facilities in our room were exclusive and fulfilled all our luxurious needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was the entertainment, as there wasn't much on offer.
