They were very helpful, respectful, and listened to all our demands. the breakfast served was very good, and the location within the CBD was perfect for exploring the city. the hotel is in the city centre, close to various attractions like the Nesbitt Castle and Old Bulawayo. the secure car park was a bonus, allowing patrons to drink outside in the parking area.

One improvement could be adding more power points by the bedside for convenience. having a safe box in the room to keep valuables secure would enhance the guest experience.
