We got great value for our money at a beautiful and conveniently located hotel in the woods. The rooms were comfortable and the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. The surrounding waterfalls and large pool added to the overall amazing experience.

The morning meal could be improved by ensuring that all individual orders arrive at the same time, making for a smoother dining experience.

A Warm Welcome

During my stay at Elephant Hills, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The man in charge of my room took the initiative to provide extra water bottles without me even having to ask. The daily housekeeping was impeccable, with the rooms being made up in the morning and turned down in the evening. The framed mosquito net around the bed added a nice touch of elegance. Additionally, the availability of a breakfast box for early departures was a thoughtful gesture. I had a fantastic experience at Elephant Hills and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location next to the clinic in the nice area next to the Zambezi River was stunning. The service room service, car hire, and dry cleaning were top-notch. The housekeeping and laundry staff were attentive and made sure our room was always clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the doctor on call service and the convenience of the airport shuttle. The tours/ticket assistance also helped us make the most of our time here. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, were superb. We also enjoyed having a balcony and sitting area where we could relax and take in the beautiful views. The free toiletries and electric kettle were nice touches, and the television and telephone added to our convenience. The dining restaurant offered delicious meals, and we also enjoyed the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area. The breakfast options were excellent, and we appreciated the picnic area/tables for enjoying our meals outdoors. the staff who got to offer service at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The only downside was the staff's refusal to decrease the price for the incomplete buffet, but we still had a great experience overall.

The staff at this resort were very helpful and friendly. They were always available to assist with any challenges or issues that arose during our stay. the buffet meals were always on time and there was a wide variety of food options available, which was great. Additionally, the location of the resort was beautiful and offered breathtaking views, especially when viewing it from a helicopter tour.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the air conditioning system in the hotel rooms was not up to standard.

I recently stayed at Elephant Hills Resort in Victoria Falls for a few days. The check-in process was a breeze and I was able to check in early. The porter, Moses, was professional and friendly, giving me a thorough introduction to the hotel. The complementary still water in the room was a nice touch. The marimba band at dinner was a unique experience, and they even taught me how to play a song. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and answering all my questions. The breakfast options were fantastic, with accommodations for my vegetarian diet. Room service exceeded my expectations with generous portions and fresh, tasty food.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was stunning, with a river view room that provided a breathtaking view across the plain. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a golf course where we enjoyed a mini safari-like walk in the morning. One thing I didn't like about this hotel was that they didn't provide enough information about the hotel and the surrounding area. It would have been helpful to have more details about the history of the hotel and what to expect during our stay.
