The hotel was located in a very convenient area, close to the city center. the rooms were very spacious and clean, with a modern decoration. They offered free Wi-Fi which was pretty reliable. Breakfast was included with a good variety and quality.

The elevators wait times can be long. the walls are a bit thin and noise from other guests could be heard.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Bulawayo for three nights with my family. The staff were hospitable and the breakfast was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure our toddler had something to eat every day. The hotel had a nice restaurant and bar, and the prices were reasonable. We were also pleased that they accepted credit cards. Additionally, the hotel provided reliable pick-up services from the bus stop in Botswana. The highlight, however, was the incredibly friendly and energetic guy at the gate. He was one of the most joyful individuals I've ever encountered.
