We had a pleasant stay at this hotel located in a quiet area close to the city center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with friendly and professional staff at the reception. Although we didn't have breakfast, previous guests mentioned that it was invitingly scrumptious and fresh. The wifi was good, which was a plus. it provided a convenient location and comfortable accommodations for our stay.

Joyce went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When my mother suddenly fell ill, the staff were incredibly supportive in helping us get her to the hospital. The hotel is conveniently located in central Harare and offers free and secure parking. The breakfast buffet is amazing, although the bacon could be a bit softer. The WiFi throughout the property is fast and reliable.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in central Harare for a birthday celebration. The staff, especially Amanda, went above and beyond to make our stay special. They upgraded us to an executive room and surprised us with a food hamper. The hotel provides free and secure parking, and the breakfast buffet was amazing, though the bacon was a bit tough. The room and bathrooms were clean, and the beddings were comfortable. The staff, like Joyce, were always helpful and friendly. They even assisted when my mother fell ill, ensuring she received proper care. Can recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Harare! The location was absolutely perfect for us - close to the city center yet in a quiet area. We were able to easily walk to malls and restaurants, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the reception all the way to the kitchen. The room and beddings were clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a nice pool area where we could relax and unwind. we were impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.
