We had an incredible stay at Pioneers! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with kindness and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The beautiful grounds, two pools, and tastefully decorated family room made our stay even more enjoyable. The dinner was excellent and they even made special provisions for our children. The highlight of our stay, however, was the amazing staff. Every member of the team was friendly, thoughtful, and a joy to chat with. They made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs, making our stay stress-free. And we can't forget to mention the spa treatments, which were a massive highlight! it was like a slice of paradise.

During my recent stay at a lovely hotel, I was amazed by the beautiful grounds and impeccable service. The family room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and perfect for our needs. Not to mention, the dinner served at the hotel was excellent, with special provisions made for the children.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. It would have been great to see some alternative milk options offered, such as almond, cashew, soya, or oat milk.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they couldn't have done more for us. the breakfast was fantastic; we loved the freshly made omelettes and delicious pancakes. the location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and with not one but two pools! We really enjoyed lounging by the pool with a refreshing drink, which was brought to us effortlessly by the staff.

Honestly, we didn't really have any negative experiences during our stay! the only thing we would mention is that some of the staff could have maybe been better trained in some aspects of service, such as making different types of coffee or accommodating vegetarian dietary requirements.
