We had a wonderful time at this guest lodge. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. the staff at the reception were very helpful in organizing our activities. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and a variety of freshly prepared eggs. We also enjoyed the fact that tea, coffee, and fresh water were provided in the room. the location of the lodge was convenient, being close to the market and a restaurant called Three Monkey. the highlight of our stay was the lookout tower, where we could watch the sunset and order drinks to be sent up via a lift.

The dining area had a bit of a cool atmosphere and the swimming pool was located close to the tables where we had our meals. the basins in the room were not in the best condition and looked grubby.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk or cab ride away from the main attractions of this city. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, enough to skip lunch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this hotel.

Shongwe Lookout offered me a chance to see the world with fresh eyes and enjoy stunning African décor. The mist from the falls burned orange over the rising sun, creating a magical atmosphere. The expert guides taught me the art of tracking in the beautiful bushland.

Who needs a welcome drink or assistance with bags? Not me! I had so much fun finding my own room and feeling unwelcome at the oasis.
