Staying at Bulawayo Club was truly a step back in time, with fascinating books and decor. the staff graciously showed us around the historic building. Despite the central location, the hotel was peaceful. the garden area was a relaxing retreat. Nearby landmarks like Matobo National Park offered unique family bonding experiences. the strict dress code in the bar area was an inconvenience.

I always return for a romantic escape. Staff kindly returned my forgotten shower bag on my first stay. Everything I need- Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, bar, flat-screen TV. No pets or smoking rooms; paid airport shuttle available. It's just perfect for me!

Old building with worn-out carpets and plumbing in need of repair. Sanitary lane on one side of the hotel was not locked and was messy due to local traders. the establishment lacked the comforts of a modern hotel.

had an amazing time at this charming piece of history in bulawayo. the staff, beds, courtyard, and central location were all outstanding. the food and bar were excellent, and the secure parking was a plus. definitely a 10/10 experience and would stay again!

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of a charming city. It can be accessed via a gated lane, adding a sense of exclusivity. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a deep bath for relaxation. I particularly loved the huge lounge area and balcony across from my room, where I could sit and enjoy a drink while taking in the view of the bustling street below. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even opening up a special dining area just for me when I felt too cold in the atrium. Plus, the basic amenities were all there, including a TV in my room for some downtime.

Everything was just fine – nothing major that needs improvement.
