This hotel is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, as you can easily walk to the magnificent falls and you're right on top of a beautiful lake. The service here is top-notch, with prompt and friendly service from all staff. The rooms are luxurious and provide enhanced comfort, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. The hotel also offers various facilities like a casino, a swimming pool, and free Wi-Fi.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with the grounds and common areas always looking pristine. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the Victoria Falls and a quick stroll to the town center. Being close to the Falls and on top of a lake added to the overall charm of the place. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious options to start our day.

Beautiful hotel with impressive decorations and a stunning pool area. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice balconies and amenities such as a fridge and safe. the spa was a highlight, offering excellent service and accommodating after-hours treatments.

Lack of air conditioning and extra water in extremely hot temperatures, making it difficult to cool off and stay hydrated. Breakfast options were marred by flies, making it unappetizing and potentially unsanitary.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to Victoria Falls and the town centre. Amazing tour desk and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with fresh towels provided daily. Decent modern facilities.

Located in a prime spot near the main attraction of the city, this hotel offers convenient access to local amenities. the spacious rooms are beautifully appointed with luxurious toiletries and offer spectacular views from the balcony of the abundance of wildlife that roams around the hotel. the hotel gardens are well-maintained with several pools, which provide an excellent place to relax and unwind.

The price of food is expensive in comparison to what is offered, and the quality provided at breakfast is poor, with cold food. the staff can be rude and disinterested, showing little concern when guests raise complaints, and ignoring diners to engage in chit-chatting instead.
