The breakfast at Deluxe Suites was absolutely delicious! We were impressed with the made-to-order dishes and Sima, the cook, did a fantastic job. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We also booked a tour with the hotel and had an amazing experience with our guide, Jonathan.

Our stay at the Deluxe Suites was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We particularly enjoyed the activities recommended by the hotel, such as the sunset dinner cruise and visiting Victoria Falls. The BOMA dinner was also a highlight. The location of the hotel was tranquil and just a short taxi ride to the town. The taxi service provided by Calvin was excellent.

The suite we stayed in could use some cosmetic maintenance. Additionally, during our stay, the hotel seemed almost empty, which was a bit strange.

Very clean lodge. Welcoming staff: Zi, Gildah, Nozipho, Smanga, and Tendai. Delicious breakfast made by Sima. Superb service from manager and bubbly Ma Ncube. Made us feel at home. Gogo and daughter enjoyed their stay.

Best Christmas ever! the staff at this hotel are the best! the breakfast offered was made to order and absolutely delightful. the location was perfect, not too far from the scenic beauty of falls, and had a lovely pool to cool off in. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a refreshing drink from the bar.

Worst part of the trip was the limited dinner menu. There weren't many vegetarian options, and the food was mediocre.

The staff were excellent, accommodating, and went above and beyond. Kenny provided exceptional service throughout our stay, and the room was thoroughly refreshed daily. The breakfast was very good and the waitresses were exceptional.

Nothing to dislike.
