Great price for a comfortable room only 5min walk from town. Lodge grounds are exceptional. Lovely four-poster bed with mosquito net and fitting decor. Tarisai, Hilda, and security guards were charming. Kapunda the Chief was lovely. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms, big plasma TV, and comfortable bed. Easy to find, close to attractions. Live traditional performances during dinner.

During our Easter stay, we were delighted with the comfortable beds and linens in our room. The aircon kept us cool throughout the night, ensuring a restful sleep. We also enjoyed the view from our balcony, which overlooked the surrounding woods. Another advantage of this hotel was its convenient location. It was easy to find and close to all the points of interest in the area, making it a great base for exploring. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The wardrobe in our room looked a bit older and could benefit from some renovation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The excursions office was incredible, with excellent communication before I arrived. Mexen, the staff member, provided great recommendations for things to do and even arranged transfers for me. The hotel's location was ideal, being close to the town center and all activities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the modern updates, such as new tiling and refurbished bathrooms. The air conditioning units were new and worked perfectly, making the 40-degree heat bearable. The prices were reasonable, and I really enjoyed a complimentary dinner on the roof offered by the manager as an apology for a mishap at the beginning of my holiday.

We spent our Christmas at a hotel near the stunning Victoria Falls. The day trips we took from the hotel were absolutely fantastic. The hotel was conveniently located, allowing us easy access to explore the surrounding attractions. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-kept, providing a peaceful and enjoyable environment. We especially loved the small but charming pool, complete with a swim-up bar. It was a great spot to relax and sip on our drinks while enjoying the lovely surroundings.
