I had the most wonderful stay at the Safari Club in Victoria Falls. The location and views were absolutely breathtaking. From my spacious and well-serviced room with a balcony, I had the most amazing views over the reserve. It felt like I was surrounded by nature's beauty. The main lounge and eating area also offered stunning views from its raised deck, and I enjoyed delicious breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea snacks while taking in the scenery. I even got to use the Svarowski binoculars and telescope provided to observe the wildlife! Speaking of which, there was an abundance of wildlife to see, from vultures and storks to warthogs and banded mongoose. The proximity to Victoria Falls was also a plus, with a convenient free shuttle running hourly. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel truly welcome. I highly recommend the Safari Club for a relaxing and immersive experience in Victoria Falls.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were exceptional. Every detail was perfect – from the luxurious bedding to the personalized packing services. The continental breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options to suit everyone. The outdoor swimming pool was excellent, with comfortable sun loungers available. Additionally, the massage services were top-notch, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

The location was a bit isolated, and we had to take a taxi to the city center. The hotel's packed lunches were a bit lacking in variety, and we found ourselves craving more substantial meals during our day trips.

The Natural Setting and Great Service

Stayed here for a romantic escape and the natural surroundings were amazing! We saw animals like never before and they even had a shuttle to the nearby city. the staff was great - very friendly and attentive. We also loved the complimentary tea time, happy hour, and laundry services.

The experience was underwhelming. the room was small and not as clean as we expected.
