Great value for money, the rooms at Sunnymead are beautifully renovated and the beds are comfy with crisp and clean linens. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to a great beach, the "round the twist" lighthouse, and a brewery/pub across the road. The staff, especially the man who runs it, provide the friendliest welcome and make you feel at home.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from offering bottled water alongside the cocktail shaker.

The hotel is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, making it a great choice for participants in the Southcoast Marathon event. Additionally, there is a fantastic pub right across the street, perfect for grabbing a drink after a day of activities. The hotel is situated in a tourist area, offering a variety of attractions depending on the season. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a LED panel TV and a fantastic bathroom.

The restaurant was not open during our stay, limiting dining options within the hotel.

I had a really great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, being just a short drive away from the lighthouse and the park opposite the pub. The hotel was also conveniently situated near some lovely cafes. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities in the surrounding area. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The garden area and poolside snack bar were also lovely additions that enhanced my overall experience. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this venue.

Although the hotel offered excellent service and amenities, there were a few maintenance issues that could have been addressed. The grounds and rooms were in need of some upkeep, with overgrown grass and gravel washed into the car parks.

The rooms at Sunnymead Hotel were beautifully renovated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was stylish and the amenities were top-notch. The pool was a great place to relax and soak up the atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the "Sunny" theme throughout the hotel, it added a cheerful touch. The view of the pool and beach from my room was stunning.

Although the hotel was still undergoing renovations, it didn't significantly affect my stay. There were a few minor issues such as a temporary loss of hot water and internet, but they were quickly resolved.

The hotel was right across from a great pub and close to the wonderful natural places that I visited. The location was also close to the beach, which was convenient. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and if the rest of the property is as beautifully done as our room, it will be a great place to stay. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant, but if it's anything like the rest of Sunnymead, it's sure to be a wonderful dining experience. we had a great stay and would highly recommend Sunnymead to others.
