Lovely stay at Nelson Towers Motel with my family. Check-in was a breeze, and we were given the keys to a spacious and well-equipped unit. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the loungeroom had a great view of the water. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. a positive experience and I would recommend Nelson Towers Motel for a comfortable stay in a central location.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, directly in view of the overpass walking bridge, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The rooms with a view onto the harbour from the balcony are a highlight, offering a picturesque setting. The comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchenette add to the convenience.

All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The motel is centrally located in Nelson Bay, making it convenient to access all the attractions and amenities. It is situated right across the road from the marina and offers easy access to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, providing ample dining and shopping options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with updated furnishings and well-maintained amenities. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. The motel also offers a rooftop pool where guests can enjoy breakfast and relax.

Some guests mentioned that the room patio felt boxy and lacked a TV in the bedroom, as well as a clothes dryer or clothes horse.

Good amenities offered, decent location and excellent staff service made for a convenient business stay. The room was equipped with basic amenities such as a clean bathroom and comfortable bed, as well as having a mini-fridge and TV. The hotel is located easily accessible to nearby shops and restaurants. The free parking on the premises was beneficial during my stay.

The room appeared to be slightly rundown, with worn furnishings and paint. The air conditioning unit in the room wasn't efficient enough and made quite a bit of noise, which was an inconvenience.
