I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled down the hill from a stunning castle. The staff provided excellent service, from the dry cleaning to the laundry service, they went above and beyond. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, terrace, and even trouser press. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath. The sun terrace provided a beautiful space to relax and the heated swimming pool was a delightful addition. the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This place is not recommended for families with young children.

Located in a charming medieval village with a wonderful Christmas Market in December. The completely renovated historical building has a large swimming pool and professional and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a variety of high-quality food options.

The restaurant felt more like a crowded canteen than a 4-star hotel dining experience. Some of the rooms were not worthy of the hotel category, and guests need to be prepared for a lot of walking to reach some of the hotel facilities, which is not ideal for wheelchair users or parents with prams.

The hotel is ideally located down the hill from the castle, offering stunning views of the surrounding green area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed taking a dip in the large swimming pool. the hotel provided a great experience for our family with 2 small kids.

Parking could be a challenge due to limited spaces available.
