The condo was fully furnished with a fully decked-out kitchen and a great balcony. The daily maid service was excellent, keeping everything clean and tidy. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and stores within a short drive. Being close to the reef made it convenient for reef trips, and the pick-up and drop-off at the pier were a breeze.

The photos online were a bit deceiving, and there was a lack of dressers in the rooms, except for the master bedroom. The furniture in the living room was insufficient for more than three people, and the pool was not properly maintained.

My family and I had an amazing time during our stay at Athens Gate in Ambergris Caye. The 1800 sq ft 2 bedroom condo provided plenty of space and the view from the large lanai overlooking the pool and ocean was excellent. The staff, including E the manager and Soto the bartender, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Soto prepared a delicious lobster, fish, and vegetable dinner for us, and E was incredibly helpful in arranging excursions and providing excellent restaurant recommendations. The atmosphere was so relaxing and quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful hotel.

A perfect beachfront getaway with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. I loved the spacious balcony, ideal for enjoying the occasional rainstorm. The local staff was exceptional, helping with groceries and organizing trips. It was an absolute delight to try out their complimentary bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks. highly recommended.

The view from our villa was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning ocean views right from our balcony. The pool area was also lovely, with comfortable loungers to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests we had. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. we had a wonderful time during our romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and excellent service.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the noise level at times. The walls seemed to be quite thin, so we could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

Had an amazing Xmas stay at a beachfront resort. Loved the complimentary snorkeling and fishing trips. Perfect location, just a short walk to restaurants and bars. The private beach was a plus with plenty of chairs and towels available.

The room was a bit cramped and outdated, but we spent most of our time outside so it wasn't too much of an issue. , the seaweed on the beach was a little disappointing, but it didn't stop us from enjoying the crystal-clear water.

The location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle, but only a 15-minute ride to the nightlife if desired. an amazing place with top-notch service.
