The one-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full-size fridge. The complimentary continental breakfast was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was fantastic, with easy access to downtown and grocery stores.

The hotel is conveniently located close to food outlets and everything we needed. It's also very close to good restaurants. The pool and breakfast were decent and the staff were friendly. Additionally, the beds were comfortable and the room had facilities for cooking.

There were some issues with service. The maids seemed unprofessional, leaving the room messy and not providing basic amenities like toilet paper and clean towels.

For the price, we got an amazing value with an upgraded room, clean facilities, and a convenient location. The staff at the front desk were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The food for breakfast could be improved by providing some yogurt and fresh fruit options.

I loved the renovated and clean rooms with a small kitchenette. The pool and grounds were awesome, with daily water changes. The staff, especially the Brazilian lady, were friendly and helpful. The location was nice, a few minutes by car from downtown.

The overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, especially in regards to the carpets, which were dirty and had an unpleasant odor. the lack of accessible plug-ins for our devices was inconvenient.

As a satisfied guest at the Oasis Inn, I enjoyed a pleasant stay during my recent trip to Kelowna. The friendly and patient staff made me feel welcome, and the reasonably comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, with downtown just a 20-minute walk away. I particularly liked the great bed and pillows, and the fact that I could conveniently park right at my door. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with fresh and nice quality sheets. The few dishes we used in the kitchen were also clean.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Oasis Inn. We stayed overnight and found the hotel to be clean, spacious, and newly renovated. The staff, especially George, were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The cold orange juice and delicious muffins served every morning were a nice touch. The convenience of parking outside our door and the enjoyable outdoor pool were added bonuses. We appreciated being able to check out late without any extra charges. a great experience and we will definitely be returning.
