I had the most wonderful stay at a lovely hotel. The owner and staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They even upgraded my room without me asking. The views from the third floor were absolutely stunning. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still easy to explore the city. The breakfast provided was delicious and the coffee was great. I highly recommend Casa Gardenia for a fantastic stay.

This hotel is amazing! the location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the old historical center and close to all the main squares. Plus, it's tucked away from the noise, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. Secondly, the service and staff are top-notch. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and offer incredible views of the city. It's such a treat to relax and gaze out at the beautiful scenery.

No bathroom door, which isn't ideal for privacy, but overall everything was great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with super clean rooms and sheets. The hotel facilities were modern and stylish, particularly the terrace with its great view. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh juices, delicious fruit, and great coffee. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I also loved the location of the hotel, as it was right in the center with so much to see within walking distance. Plus, it was away from the noisy streets, allowing for a peaceful stay.

I recently stayed at Casa Gardenia in the heart of the Old Town. The staff went above and beyond to assist me during my entire stay. They even accompanied me to the hospital when I fell ill. The location of this hotel is ideal as it is just a few blocks away from the main Plaza Central in the historic Quito square and also close to the remarkable Basilica. It was perfect for exploring the old town as everything was within a 5-minute walk. The hotel itself is right in the center with so much to see around in a walking distance. The service and staff were excellent, providing attentive service at breakfast and always being helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and had charming design elements, making us feel at home.

The only downside was that some rooms were exposed to external and internal noise, which may be a concern for light sleepers.
