Excellent location, within walking distance of many attractions and close to public transport. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Loved the French balcony.

The bathroom was small and had no shower curtain or threshold, which made it easy to flood the floor. The furniture was quite minimal, with no real desk and only a small stool.

We had a fantastic experience at Mercure in Nantes. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, including printing our boarding passes and delivering them to us with a cup of coffee to start our day. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to shopping and dining options. The room was comfortable and had a great view. Despite the lack of air conditioning, we still had a pleasant stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and central location.
