Everything was fantastic.

The food is plentiful and delicious, with a variety of options for everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The entertainer named Michael is excellent. The gardens are well-maintained and the three swimming pools are clean and inviting. The location is convenient, with a short walk to the main strip and the beachfront.

We had a lovely stay at a family-friendly hotel with great location, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. The staff were friendly and the entertainment team made sure we had a fun-filled holiday with activities like beer pong, archery, and live music. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two balconies. We enjoyed the varied seafood options for dinner, and the breakfast had a wide selection. The hotel also had a main pool with plenty of sun loungers.

There were some issues with smoking in the dining area, which was unpleasant for our non-smoking party.

Great selection of food, including a salad bar, pizza and pasta bar, open grill, and carvery. Plenty of dessert choices as well.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the bedrooms and pool tiles, need updating.

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated in a lovely area close to everything I wanted to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the waiter in the restaurant who impressed me with his talent for making a rose out of a napkin, a nice touch that made me feel special. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace where I could relax and soak up the sun. The live entertainment provided in the evenings added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

Loads of draw and cupboard space, lovely and clean. Extra pillows and quick response to any issues. Excellent variety of food, including vegetarian options. Friendly staff and daily room cleaning. Plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating. Family-friendly entertainment. Good mix of guests of different nationalities and ages.

The location was great, close enough to the main Avenida where all the shops and bars are located. The restaurant had a good variety of food options such as chops, steak, fish, burgers, and hot dogs. The rooms in the annex were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fridge.

The bathroom had a shower with a curtain that constantly stuck to you.

We had a great romantic escape and enjoyed the pool areas. The buffet offered a lot of food options and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient for walking around town and accessing the beach.

The bed was uncomfortable and made for a bad night's sleep. the entertainment at the hotel was not to our taste.

The all-inclusive package was great, with delicious food and drinks available all day. The hotel is ideally located near the beach and the main strip, making it easy to explore Puerto Del Carmen at night. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had excellent WiFi and TV with British channels. The hotel had a casual, relaxed atmosphere and plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a fantastic location, just a short drive from the airport. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and well-decorated. The all-inclusive package was great value for money, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The hotel had three pools, so there was never a shortage of sun beds. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated near the beach and shops, only a 15-minute walk away.
