The hotel offered a great location near a picturesque river and amazing views of the mountains. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the comfortable beds in our rooms.

We did encounter some issues during our stay. The lack of staff on site was noticeable as we had to wait for one room to be ready, and the rooms were not detailed cleaned, with dust spots being visible.

The staff at Beas Riverside Resort, Manali, was incredibly helpful during our stay. Even though they were busy, they were eager to assist. Despite a slight delay with one of our rooms, they managed to accommodate all 8 of us in one room. Although the rooms weren't spotless, we were so tired that we quickly fell asleep. I would recommend this hotel.
