The hotel had a beautiful lobby and the staff at the concierge desk were extremely helpful in finding a product we were looking for. The club room was worth the extra money, with a beautiful hotel room and access to the club lounge on the 20th floor. The free high tea, food and drinks in the lounge were a great advantage. The hotel also offered free airport transfers, which was a nice perk.

During our stay, the swimming pool was out of use and we were not informed beforehand. Additionally, the Thai/Chinese restaurant on the top floor was in desperate need of a revamp and the entertainment provided was tacky and didn't create a good ambiance.

The massage and beauty treatments offered were exceptional, and the spa lounge was perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the restaurant, bar, and snack bar offered a range of delicious options for dining and snacking at any time of the day.

The only minor issue encountered during my stay was the crowdedness of the breakfast area. However, this was quickly resolved by the attentive and friendly staff, who provided prompt assistance.
