The hotel offers a Lavazza coffee maker in the room, allowing guests to enjoy a cup of coffee at their convenience. The staff is cooperative and prompt in their response, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

The number of complimentary bottles of drinking water provided in the room is limited, which may be insufficient for some guests.

During my recent stay at Taj City Centre New Town, I had a fantastic experience with the hotel's airport transfer service. The chauffeur-driven car provided was immaculate and made our arrival seamless.

Although there were some minor issues such as the aging property and jacuzzi pool area, as well as some bathroom maintenance concerns, overall I highly recommend Taj City Centre New Town for a pleasant stay in Kolkata.

The experience was not the best due to poor training of the staff. The check-in took a long time, and we were left to find our room on our own without any assistance.

From the moment I stepped inside the hotel, I felt like a VIP. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel like the most important person in the room. The exclusive amenities were luxurious and fulfilled all of my needs, including the relaxing Spa & wellness centre, refreshing Swimming pool, and rejuvenating Full body massage. The Restaurant provided me with delicious cuisine and offered In-room breakfast, Dinner, Bar/Lounge area, and Snack bar. The location advantages were unbeatable as well, with easy access to the best attractions and activities of the city.

The only minor issue I had during my stay was the lack of private facilities. Although the room advantages were incredible, including a large and comfortable bed and breathtaking views, I felt like there could have been more private spaces for relaxation and quiet time.
