The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a calming, nature-inspired ambiance. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the garden and pool. I especially loved the option to choose from a pillow menu. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

As a weary traveler arriving late at night, I was delighted at how smoothly and quickly the airport transfer and check-in process went at The Leela. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were large, with excellent showers. The standout feature was the outstanding service, particularly from Tarannum, the guest services incharge. She was incredibly professional and made check-in a breeze. The breakfast spread was extensive and I particularly enjoyed the bagels. The outdoor restaurant provided a great dining experience, especially in the evening.
