I recently stayed at a hidden gem called Perro Surfero. It was the perfect combination of a hostel vibe with the privacy of a hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The design of the hotel was impressive, with a beautiful two-tiered pool and hammocks overlooking the town. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, and I especially appreciated having a private bathroom. The common areas, like the kitchen and yoga space, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again just to chat with the amazing staff!

The views from my room were amazing, with mountains and the ocean in sight. The owner, Mau, was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The hotel had lovely outdoor spaces, including terraces and lounging areas, perfect for relaxation. The free bikes provided were a great way to explore the area without needing a car. The hotel had good wifi and a communal kitchen where guests could prepare their own meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Perro Surfero for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning service. The host, Jimena, was incredibly helpful and provided us with great recommendations. The location is ideal, just outside of town but close to great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The property itself is beautiful, with a great outdoor kitchen and a rooftop terrace with stunning views. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved the unique architecture and communal environment at this hotel. The rooster chorus in the morning added to the authentic experience. The walk-in showers and comfortable king size bed were a treat. The rooftop decks provided stunning views of the valley, perfect for morning yoga sessions with the high-quality mats provided. Walking to La Esquina for breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and the hotel was impeccably kept.

The rooms were bright, super clean, and comfy, and the rooftop was perfect for enjoying breakfast or beers. The rooms were comfortable with nice terraces, and the shower was the best we've experienced in Baja California. The shared spaces, like the garden and kitchen, were beautifully designed and well-equipped. The owner, Mao, was passionate and welcoming, and his attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel. We enjoyed our time here so much that we ended up staying for four nights instead of the planned one or two. Thank you, Checo, for creating such a perfect haven!
