As young holiday goers, we loved the location within a 15-minute walk to the center of Playa del Carmen. The rooms were spacious and the facility had a beautiful jungle-like surroundings. The bartenders and restaurant staff were friendly and Pamela was great with arranging transportation. The beach offered a great stretch of sand with options for both shaded and non-shaded areas. The manager's effort to address any issues showed that they cared about guest satisfaction.

Nothing it was perfect.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was clean and well-maintained, no complaints there. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and attentive.

We stayed at a hotel on the beach that was regularly cleaned of seaweed. The hotel had a smaller size, which we liked. The all-inclusive food provided sufficient choice, preventing overeating. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant had great service with happy and smiling servers. The entrance and easy access to the beach, pool, and downtown area were convenient. The grounds, pool, and beach areas were well maintained and excellent. We could walk to the pools, beach, and restaurants in just a few minutes through a gorgeous stroll.

Great location close to the beach and Playa del Carmen city center. Very comfortable and clean rooms with excellent water temperature and pressure in the bathroom. The omelette station and mimosas at breakfast were delicious.

Disappointed that the coffee bar was not included in the all-inclusive package. The coffee served did not taste like coffee at all.

We stayed in a hotel close to downtown with access to beach club facilities and two specialty restaurants onsite. The Mexican restaurant was included in our stay and was a highlight. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly. The breakfast was also good.
