The location of the hotel is not ideal as there aren't many good restaurants nearby. However, there is a nice restaurant just a short walk away which turned out to be excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located near the port, making it easy to access if you are arriving by ferry. Additionally, it is near the city centre, so you can expect it to be quite busy.

The WiFi was down for a day and a half, causing some inconvenience for guests.

The comfortable bed and fresh towels added to the overall comfort of our stay. The hotel offered free WiFi in both the lobby and the room, ensuring we could stay connected at good speed. We also enjoyed the simple yet delicious menu at the cafe, particularly the mouth-watering pizza and steak. The house wine was a steal at under €2 per glass. Additionally, the hotel's location provided a great view of The Rock and was just a short 20-minute drive away from Gibraltar.

After staying at a variety of places during my two-month trip, it was a relief to have a reliable option for a transitional stay before heading to Morocco.
