this hotel is a gem in palma de mallorca. the design, the view, and the vibe were all perfect. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, even amidst ongoing refurbishment. we extended our stay because we didn't want to leave.

The pool area at Innside was fantastic - spacious, clean, and with attentive bar staff providing great service. The room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

loved our recent family holiday in palma de mallorca. stayed at a chic and instagramable hotel with a cool and laidback atmosphere. the hotel had everything we needed, from a good gym and lovely indoor pool to robes, slippers, and nespresso machine in our room. the breakfast buffet was out of this world with a wide variety of delicious options. exceeded our expectations!

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms with modern furniture and amenities. Free minibar with a good selection. Delicious and varied breakfast. Convenient location with easy access to attractions and transportation options.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of key attractions and shopping areas. we enjoyed the amenities provided, particularly the large indoor and outdoor pools.

The menu remained unchanged and the staff were unhelpful and made mistakes with our orders. This negatively impacted our dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area that is not too far away from the old town. It's an ideal spot for all kinds of stays, whether you're here for business or simply a relaxing getaway. I really enjoyed being near the marina and on the edge of a residential area. Plus, being on an island where people come for the beach, it was great to have easy access to the coastline.

I had an amazing experience at Innside. The staff at reception, especially Jose, was incredibly friendly and upgraded us to a deluxe room with a fantastic view. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard and the free mini bar was a nice touch. The hotel is located near some great restaurants serving fresh seafood. The breakfast staff was efficient and friendly, and I enjoyed a healthy breakfast with hummus and avocado toast. I highly recommend this hotel.
