We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We loved being able to walk to the seafront and enjoy delicious meals at the nearby restaurants. The service here was exceptional, with room service and car hire available. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the cozy sitting area in the room to the relaxing spa and swimming pool. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the 24-hour reception, which made us feel well taken care of.

The hotel offered a beautiful spa pool and a delicious breakfast. The location was ideal, with close proximity to natural sea ponds and a short walk to the village and restaurants.

The hotel lacked internet access and the parking situation was difficult, with a tiny garage and tight spaces. the directions for the spa were nonexistent, making it hard to find.

The hotel had a quirky, ship-like atmosphere and the rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect for visiting the natural pools and the bus stop was right next to the hotel. The spa was a great value and the staff, especially Beatrice, were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the views from my room were stunning.

This hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the stunning lavic shore of Puerto de las Nieves and the main restaurants in the area. It is also close to a bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a great variety of hot and cold meals. The hotel also has a warm water spa with water massage points.

There is no Wi-Fi available in the building and the reception area, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on internet access.
