The breakfast offered a variety of options and had a spectacular view from the breakfast area. The hotel also had facilities such as a sauna and a game room, making it a great choice for families.

The check-in process could be improved, as there was a lack of information about the break time between 1-2pm, resulting in confusion and inconvenience for guests upon arrival.

This hotel is worth it! Great location outside the village but very close to bus station-100 meters. Rooms with Matterhorn views are impressive, comfortable and clean with shower cabins. Also, breakfast with various fresh fruit and wonderful view was included in the rate.

During our romantic escape, we discovered a hotel with two fantastic complementary offerings, which we were positively surprised to find. The key location of the hotel placed us near the lifts and the city center, giving us easy access to everything we needed. One special advantage that we enjoyed was the stunning view of the Matterhorn that we had from our room. It was mesmerizing to wake up to that view every morning.

We found that the hotel lacked some basic facilities that could have made our stay more comfortable. The absence of a mini-bar or kettle in the room made it challenging to have a drink or make tea when we needed it.
