We definitely got great value for our money at Jumeirah. The room was top-notch - clean, well-sanitized, and beautifully refurbished. The location in Madinat was fantastic, with plenty of dining options, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety.

The staff, service, cleanliness, and facilities were all amazing at Jumeirah Al Qasr. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the room was spotless. The resort had a variety of activities and amenities, including a beautiful beach and delicious breakfast options. the experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend it to families visiting Dubai.

The upgrade to Dar Al Masyaf was nice. The room was clean, well-sanitized, and well taken care of. The beach was well-kept, clean, and had great views. The pools were both nice and spacious. The Butler service and Happy hour were convenient additions. The staff operating the boats and buggies were fantastic. The hotel personnel contacted me ahead of arrival and fulfilled my special requests, making our anniversary celebration extra special with pastries, fruits, and a dedicated anniversary dessert.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to Mall of the Emirates and provides easy access to Naseem palace and the beaches of Dubai in the midst of summer. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The service at the hotel is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has great facilities, such as a gym with clear guidelines and a spa with a relaxing changing area.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the reception staff not following the first-come, first-serve policy, causing a transportation arrangement mix-up for one guest.

This hotel is truly a luxurious oasis with exclusive amenities that cater to every need. The Spa & wellness centre is exceptional, offering a variety of treatments and massages that left us feeling rejuvenated. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are also a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and stunning views of the garden area. The restaurant served an impressive buffet breakfast and dinner with an array of delicious options to choose from. In-room breakfast was also a definite plus, allowing us to indulge in breakfast in bed.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the Snack bar menu. The options were limited and did not live up to the hotel’s high standards.

I had an amazing stay at a Jumeirah resort in Dubai. The resort is like a little city, with so much to explore and experience. I loved taking the abra rides on the waterways and relaxing by the pool and beach. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The lounge and terraces had a lovely atmosphere, whether I was having afternoon tea or enjoying a drink in the evening. The location was excellent, with multiple spots to take memorable photographs. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic holiday experience.

We had an amazing experience at Jumeirah. The facilities were impressive and created a wonderful atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The restaurants' food was top standard, which is rare on vacations. The beach was beautiful and the whole resort environment felt like a little resort city on its own. The staff were super friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. we would love to come back on our next visit.

I recently stayed at Jumeirah in Dubai for a week-long vacation with my family. The resort's lush greenery and the stunning layout of the swimming pool were a visual treat. We loved taking long walks on the beach, passing iconic places, and even enjoyed a scenic abra ride. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options, although the staff could have been a bit more attentive. But the highlight of our stay was the amazing kids club, Sinbads. The staff there went above and beyond to engage our children, who spent hours there every day and didn't want to leave. The exceptional facilities, multiple restaurants, and the friendly boat and buggy operators added to our enjoyable experience.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
