The location of our stay was perfect, right in the heart of Downtown. The Arabian feel of Palace Downtown was amazing and the service was top notch. We were pleasantly surprised when we were given a suite with a stunning view of the fountains. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us after a reservation issue, even though it wasn't their responsibility. We appreciate their graciousness and will definitely choose Palace Downtown again for any future visits to this city.

As a group of friends, we absolutely loved the upgraded suite, proximity to Dubai Mall, and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The attention to detail and views from the diplomatic suite were impressive. The location was perfect for exploring Dubai.

We had a phenomenal experience at Palace Downtown! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The team at reception, especially Jas and Ayman, were very helpful and made my partner's birthday celebration extra special. Jas even took the time to personally show us around the hotel and point out the best views. The waiters at Thiptara were excellent, and the food was delicious. The outside seating area offered breathtaking views of the fountains and burj khalifa, while the swimming pool was beautiful with excellent service from everyone, including the attentive lifeguard. we were super impressed and will definitely be back.

Located near popular landmarks and very close to a large shopping mall, this hotel is a great choice for tourists and business travelers. The helpful and friendly staff ensure a good service experience. The breakfast is very good with an ample selection, and the bed is comfortable. Some rooms even offer a great view of nearby attractions.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms can be bothersome, as noise from the hallways and streets can be heard.

I recently stayed at this venue and I must say, it was amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very near to the fountain. The room service was great, always prompt and efficient. Additionally, the amenities provided were top-notch, including bicycle hire, bell staff/porter, medical facilities service, and airport shuttle. I was especially impressed with the room amenities which included an in-room safe, air conditioning, and even a sitting area. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a service-oriented atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with everything you would want to explore in downtown Dubai within easy walking distance. We could easily visit attractions like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Fountain. The hotel is also conveniently close to the Dubai Mall Metro station, allowing us to easily explore other areas of the city like Jumeirah Beach and the Palm Jumeirah Island. It was a great adventure.
