Moreover, there is a pretty park adjacent to the guest house, providing a pleasant view. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with nice touches like mince pies and cookies. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with both hot and cold choices available.

The car park is quite small, which may make parking a little tight for some guests.

If we ever return to the area, we will definitely choose to stay at Chestnuts House again.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that exceeded our expectations. The exclusive amenities, such as the private facilities and packed lunches, fulfilled our every need. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center. The service was impeccable and the leisure room was an added bonus. We especially enjoyed the sun terrace, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day.

The only minor issue we experienced was the soft and unevenly worn mattress. However, this did not detract from our overall wonderful experience.
