The room was clean and well-designed with a nice view. The pool was beautiful and the location was convenient for accessing Mill Ave and Marquee theatre. Easy to get around without needing a cab. So glad we had a great stay.

The hotel offers a self-serve European-style buffet which had a great variety of delicious options, including meats, cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice and professional, providing great customer service. The location of the hotel was convenient, especially for those who need easy access to the airport.

The bathroom fan in the room could not be shut off, which was annoying and affected the overall comfort of the stay. Since the hotel was directly in the flight path for takeoff and landing, there was noise from planes starting at around 5 a.m., which could be disruptive for guests seeking a quiet stay.

One aspect we didn't appreciate was the inconvenience of the parking situation. Having to park in a garage located a block away and needing a ticket to exit was not very convenient.

We especially loved the spacious and modern room, with its inviting walk-in shower. The hotel was also conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore, including the pathway along the Salt River, downtown Tempe's vibrant Mill Ave, and the Valley Rail System that took us into downtown Phoenix. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, including the glass carafes available at the water filler station for the room. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
