This hotel is located in a rural Missouri area next to a truck stop and close to a gas station. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of easy parking. Breakfast is included, and it is home cooked in their own kitchen. Gardens area is fabulous, and staff is very accommodating.

The hotel's desk help could be more organized with the check-in process.

We liked the location of this hotel as there was a home cooking style restaurant nearby that was good value for money. The hotel is also conveniently located close to a truck stop and shops selling quilt-related products. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with prompt housekeeping and laundry services. The wake-up service was also very helpful. The room amenities were of high quality with everything from ironing facilities to in-room films. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden furniture provided outside our room.

Grab bar in shower, convenient refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer. Breakfast had fresh eggs, but could've included juice and yogurt. Beautiful grounds, perfect for walks. Quiet despite being close to road. Friendly staff, accommodated special requests. Great outdoor pool after hot drive. Good variety for breakfast, clean rooms. Repeat stay on future trips. Happy surprise with everything.

The desk clerk was cheerful and helpful, the rooms were very clean and accessible for wheelchair users, great location near the subway and gas station, good value for the price, felt safe due to security cameras and friendly staff.

A comfortable, local alternative

During my recent stay at Surestay Hotel By Best Western, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and updated room. It was clean, neat, and in good repair. The king-sized bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and there was ample space for a recliner and another chair. I especially appreciated the extra sink in the bathroom, which made getting ready in the morning much easier for my husband and me. The room also had convenient amenities like a small fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, as well as free wifi. Additionally, the parking right outside our door was very convenient. despite a few minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable and convenient option.
